Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of payment, and often significantly quicker. Books are dispatched from the Netherlands, and delivery time varies from a few days (Northern and central Europe) to two weeks (North America and further afield).
We use different courier companies and postal services depending on the shipping destination and the size of the order. We will provide a tracking link if you selected tracked delivery.
Occasionally, a courier company fails to deliver your order, even after multiple attempts. Such orders may be held at your local post office or courier office, and you will be advised that you need to collect them. If you do not do this within the stated time-frame (normally seven days), the items may be returned to us. In these situations we will gladly reship your items, but we may ask you to pay additional shipping charges.
Please note if you selected untracked delivery, we cannot advise you on the whereabouts of a lost shipment. However, if you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe (depending on the destination), we will investigate what has happened and reship your items if it appears they have been lost by the courier or postal service.
